I bought it for my mom whoz got heel pain.. this footwear was much appreciated..mom loved it

Poor quality fake product
They delivered a fake product which exactly look like original one. Sole of one of the footwear got damaged within 15 days, when used 2 times only. Manufacturer/brand declined the warranty claim as they do not cover the products bought from amazon. If you planning to buy this footwear, please visit a bata store or their website. I had bought the same product from bata 3 years back which is used regularly for these 3 years. That pair of footwear is still doing great while this one got damaged in 2 uses.
