The book starts with clear, comprehensive information about the machine. The recipes are well written, and each recipe has beautiful pictures. I would highly recommend this cookbook.

I have read this cookbook. It gives me a detailed way of making ice cream and gelato. I haven’t used any of the recipes yet, but when presented in such a clear and concise way, it takes the fear out of the process. I look forward to making some ice cream this weekend!

fun to read

I was hoping to like this book, but it really didn't do anything for me. The set of recipes that comes with the CREAMi is pretty comprehensive and beyond that, it's just experimentation. This book has recipes for very specific, oftentimes odd, concoctions. That was not what I was looking for, but as with the original recipe book, the recipes are clear and concise and easy to follow.

This book is awesome! It basically teaches you to have fun with your desserts without feeling obligated to follow a strict recipe. You can literally throw any fresh fruit in this thing and it will make a yummy healthy sorbet. However, the fancy recipes are easy to follow and turn out delicious also. My only critique is that the measurement numbers (1/3 cup, etc.) are teensy tiny. I just wrote them bigger in the margin for the next time.

I bought this as a gift. The person I gave it to was happy with it.
