Great for waterproofing
I have a small fitness studio at home and use this as an under layer to prevent any moisture from sea beans threw my gym flooring onto the flooring underneath that. Great product!

Time will tell
So far it's offering a good, soft step. Straightforward to use and install, just like any product. Seems to be very consistent quality throughout. My only issue? "Recommended for use with Prime Unicorn Underlayment Seam Tape." Well, I would if the product were currently for sale anywhere on the internet. Works just fine with regular underlayment tape... I just wish it came with a roll. Update: I was planning to clean my install up a bit before I posted a picture, but I forgot to take an "after," so here are the originals. I put laminate on top, and this is definitely what I was hoping to achieve.
