Taste great and are effective for my long runs to give me some of the salt back.

Used these in a very hot half marathon and had no issues with cramp as I have previously. Taste great and easy to swallow

They taste awful but they’re the only thing that helps with my pots when I’m on the go and have no liquid IV

The item is affective for providing electrolytes but the taste and the chalky texture was not pleasant. I had the watermelon. I will say I tasted a hint of nice watermelon flavor at first but it went downhill from there.
