If you are a distance runner then you need these. I run marathons and use these every 30 minutes on my runs to help keep my electrolytes up. I just pop them in and it gives me something to taste as I run which I love. Lemon lime is the classic but you can't go wrong with any of the flavors. I haven't had any issues with upset stomach. When I don't use I notice a difference.

Great for preventing muscle cramps. I’m prone to cramping during long runs. I used these on a half marathon and guess what? No muscle cramps! Definitely buying again after I run out.

I originally bought these tabs a couple of years ago for a section hike on the Appalachian Trail. They were great, remaining palatable (arguably even tasty) even though the high humidity changed their texture a bit. I've taken them on dozens of hikes since, including to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back up, and I trust them to keep me properly fueled with electrolytes in tough conditions. This particular order was for daily use, as I now work in a hot kitchen in a hot desert. So far, so good, though I expected nothing less. These are a zesty flavor that I suspect kids would like as well as adults. There are also other flavors available. They're also a lot more convenient than powders or liquids that have to be mkxed with water. You'll definitely want to sip water when you take these, but you can easily pop them while you're moving. I have usually found that it's cheaper to buy these on Amazon than to get them at REI or similar outdoors stores.

J'ai fait une très grosse rétention d'eau en prenant que 1 à 2 pastilles par jour. On est loin des "50 maximum par jour sur le paquet". Attention. Je ne recommande pas. Aucun effet sur les crampes et la récupération.
