Monster Phonics (Blaze and the Monster Machines) (Step into Reading)

We recently picked up the Monster Phonics 12-book set from the Step into Reading series for our son, and it's been a fantastic addition to our reading routine. Each book focuses on a specific phonics concept—like short vowels, sight words, or consonant blends—making it easy for our child to grasp new sounds and build confidence. The stories are engaging, featuring Blaze and his friends, which keeps our little one excited about reading. The books are compact and come in a sturdy box with a handle, perfect for on-the-go reading sessions. While some reviewers mentioned the books are thin, we've found them to be just the right length for our child's attention span. Overall, it's a delightful and educational set that has made learning to read both fun and effective.

My son is 5 and working on sight words at school this little book kit he loves it is a show he loves and it keeps his attention super easy to read for Beginners and it grows a little with them too!

I didn’t realize these were really small, I may return and just order something different. These are nice for a toddler if they are used for travel they don’t take up much space.

Der Koffer wirkt auf dem Bild recht groß. In Wirklichkeit ist er eher klein. Ich habe ihn gekauft, weil meine Tochter Blaze and the Monster Machines sehr mag und ich mit ihr schon sehr oft Let's Blaze rufen musste. Im Köfferchen sind 12 dünne Büchlein und eine Anleitung für die Eltern. Jedes einzelne der Büchlein fokussiert auf das Lesen und aussprechen eines bestimmten Lautes. Da es für Eltern wie mich, die ihre Kinder zweisprachig erziehen schwierig ist, einen guten Einstieg zum Lesen zu finden, habe ich hier zugeschlagen und es bislang nicht bereut. Meine Tochter macht mittlerweile bei den Super Readers schon recht gut mit und kann schon einzelne Buchstaben und Wörter erkennen. Daher finde ich es absolut angebracht mit diesen Büchern zu beginnen. Allgemein bin ich der Meinung, dass die Step Into Reading Reihe sehr gut gemacht ist und auch didaktisch richtig ansetzt. Das Ganze mit Charakteren die die Kinder lieben. Da kann man wirklich nichts falsch machen.

Dentro los libros son pequeños, unas cuantas fotos y unas cuantas palabras en inglés, poco más. Pero puede ser útil para los padres que no tengan mucho vocabulario y quieran hacer algo con los niños

Excelente ayuda para enseñar a leer en inglés, especialmente mi hijo es super fan de Blaze
