This GOODONYA electrolyte drink mix has been my go-to for hydration, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding. I love how simple and clean the ingredient list is — nothing extra, just what you need. The taste is mild and easy to drink, which makes it perfect when you’re already feeling off. It is a bit pricey for everyday use, so I save it for when hydration really matters, but the quality and ingredients are why I keep coming back to it.

I bought this based on reviews because I wanted something to wake me up and clear up my brain fog and dizziness every day. I figured I was low on electrolyte and this was a tasty solution. It seems to do the job because I feel pretty normal after drinking it. It mixes easily with a whisk and has a pleasant, light lemon flavor.

I absolutely love this electrolyte powder. It’s easy to use, has healthier ingredients than many other brands, and it’s delicious. The serving size is one tablespoon and I just shake it up in a reusable water bottle. I often use my 30 ounce water bottle so it’s a little more diluted but I like it in the large amount of water as well as the smaller recommended amount. When I used the powder I notice that I drink my water so much faster having to refill which keeps me perfectly hydrated. On days I run out of powder or go out without making my water bottle of electrolyte water I can definitely tell the difference in my hydration level and the amount of water I drink. Works well to hydrate, doesn’t cause any stomach discomfort, and I haven’t noticed any adverse side affects other than going to the bathroom more because I’m drinking way more water! Would highly recommend! This brand also sells single serving packets which is super helpful for on the go!

Delicious and clean ingredients, but it's hard to blend powder, even with an electric mixer.

Doesn’t even taste like lemon. Powder in the package doesn’t even smell like lemon. Wife agrees. Sadly, will be returning. Will go back to True Lemon with stevia. Update: it’s not returnable. Wasted $30. Read the other reviews and notice the common theme before you decide to purchase.

The flavor is pleasant and not overpowering like some drink mixes. I like that it has only a small amount of sodium which allows it to be used for general hydration, but probably not an intense workout. The product doesn't mix easily and needs to be stirred a lot until it is fully dissolved and all the clumps are gone. Based on the price, the product should perfect in my opinion...so I am probably not buying again even though I really like the taste.

This stuff is amazing! I have tried the Liquid IV and tasted nothing but salt water. I drink more than enough water per day, 80-100 ounces, but realized I didn't feel hydrated. My BF recommended electrolytes. When I saw the last ingredient was Himalayan Salt, I decided to keep looking. I did not want salt water like the IV. I ended up looking at the ingredients and saw that the MG count of sodium was over a third of what others were. So, I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed in any way. The flavor is mild, and tastes great. I actually feel hydrated with all my water. And I dont feel dried out even now that we have hot weather. If you're over the salt water taste of the others, definitely give this a try. My taste buds and yours may not be the same, but it's worth a try.
