Great mixer
We love this machine, doesn’t take up too much room on the counter and has made mixing anything really easy

Zero support!
Very complex, zero support. EDIT: (1 to 3 stars) To clarify the situation, the first item was defective and I was able to validate this when I got the replacement. The issue was that the white plastic had some extra plastic so the cone cannot be removed. I have concerns about the quality control. Sharing this so in case that anyone had the same issue of not being able to remove the cone, dont waste your time, order a replacement (hoping that this plastic will be good enough to be used for long time)
