Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Wheat Bran, 16 OZ (Pack of 2)

Excellent product.

I like Bob's products but do find them to be pricey. I use this one to make bran muffins and they are quite tasty. Beats having to soak bran cereal into mush. Makes preparation easy, has a fine texture and I feel like I am getting a healthy benefit from this product.

Quality wheat bran. Hard to find in grocery store & easy to have delivered to home addressed. Great value.

I've ordered these a couple of times. They are a good source of insoluble fiber to supplement the diet. I don't think it's so easy to get adequate amounts of fiber without supplementation. I like to mix this into ice cream as a way to make the ice cream just a little more of a healthful snack. The first time I ordered these, each bag contained rather large flakes of wheat bran. The second time around, I got bags that were considerably more milled into much smaller flakes. I actually preferred the larger. The taste, as much taste as there is, might best be described as nutty. Actually quite a pleasant addition to ice cream, and pizza.

I have ordered this Wheat Bran several times and it makes the best wheat bran muffins ever! I took some of the muffins to a friend and she immediately started ordering it too. Now she makes the muffins every few weeks! For whatever reason, wheat bran is not typically available in my grocery stores, so I order it online frequently! Great product that I highly recommend.

What's not to love about everything from Bob's Red Mill? The bran is coarse and makes great bran muffins. Works great in my sourdough bread when I add just a touch for extra texture and aesthetics. Great product!
