Got tired of paying significantly more for products that essentially just have this added to it. I add it to things like condiments, make it into jalapeño salt, and I'm sure I'll think of more uses. Used to keep jalapeños in the freezer and grate them into stuff- that works but freezer space is hard to come by for me. Nice flavor and spice, will last me years.

Wow, the jalapeño powder has some real kick to it! I got this, a habanero and a guajillo - the jalepeno is spiciest, so a little goes a long way. Anyway, I made some homemade bread and added a tbsp of this to it, turned out great! The heat wasn’t overpowering and it came on much later in the bite. Anyway, this product is highly recommended.

Definitely jalapeño!!! It’s super yum, but just keep in mind that a little goes a long way… We last used it to make jalapeño bacon ranch popcorn seasoning 🫶

Nice size bag and it was fresh, and the quality of the taste was good. Good value for the price. As for the heat level, depends on the person and how much you use in your dish. For me it is a good heat level.

It is certainly has the condensed spice of jalapeños. I ordered this to add to dips and soups to give me that jalapeño flavor. Unfortunately, in order for me to get any flavor, I have to overwhelm the dish with spice, to the point of not tasting anything. Don’t get me wrong— I absolutely love some heat but it’s almost as if they only use jalapeño seeds and pith, to make this powder. Maybe my batch was hotter than most but this was beyond even habanero. I’ll keep experimenting with it but for the time being, unfortunately, I can’t use it in any of my sought-after applications.
