Easy to install when you need an access point within a wall and have to cut into the wallboard to make that opening. Used it to cover an opening I made to install a water supply line for refrigerator

Quality construction
Well made. Sturdy. Perfectly finished. Square inside flange and outside. Large overlap of outside flange. 12 1/4” square hole needed. Love screw holes on inside flange. Don’t love that lock is a counterclockwise turn to close and vice versa. This is the opposite of convention. When some time has passed and you return to it, this will frustrate you. Make cut out 12 1/2” square if you can’t master 12 1/4” perfectly square.
