This is a great massager. It's my 3rd of this model. However the corded model worked for a very long time, exceeding 20 years. The newer model with the charger will not work. The plug on the charger is defective and Amazon will not replace as it's been more than 30 days. I will try to contact the manufacturer tomorrow (Homedics) to hopefully get a replacement. The charger is seriously defective and does not work, which renders the entire unit useless. Do not buy this product. Update: I was able to buy another charger on Amazon that fit this massager and now it works super great again! So glad to have it functioning. It's so powerful! No other massager is as good!

For years we had an exact duplicate of this product and it lasted a long time. Suddenly one of the two ...I'll call it thumper nodes, stopped working. Decided to find the exact same product if possible and found this one which is actually better as it's cordless unlike our first one. This is a fairly heavy duty massager that works great.

The massager does a great job and was a help for my lower back pain. I only used the pulsing program but it was perfect. I was impressed and bought a second unit for my northern home. Unfortunately on my return to Florida last November the unit would not work. After charging it runs about 5 seconds and quits. An expensive massager that only ran for one season! So beware as the warranty is only one year.

What appears to be a “gimmicky” product, turns out to be a pleasant useful massager. The ability to use both hands to guide it properly makes it very useful to manage it around the areas needing help. We actually bought a professional massage gun, but found this product more useful and returned the other. The ability to self-massage is easier and more manageable than the massage gun.

This is a great massager that doesn’t hurt when it gets near a bone. It is gentle yet firm if that makes sense. It is so much better than anything that I have tried in many years. My husband and I both love it. One charge lasts for longer than I can stand to use it. Great for pain, relief and tired, sore muscles.

I have been buying these massagers for years. They started out a Brookstone product. They were always a tad bit high but worth it. The massager is good or improving circulation, and I use it for my back and my hip. It is buying me some time so I can push back my expected surgery. This is a life saver in many ways.

The messager is excellent. However, the cable is crap! This is my third time buying this product and every time the plug that inserts into the machine has stopped working. This renders the whole thing inoperable! They need to seriously redesign the cord connector.

This would be a 5 but I've had 4 of these and they all eventually Fail after 1 year of mechanical failure motor breaks or pieces in side break not worth the 200 range
