We love these ice packs for pain relief and have have several. I love that they are squishy, even when freezing, and they come with a strap to hold the pack to your body if you don't want to. They get cold quickly, are a great size, and pretty affordable.

I love this brand, the ice packs are great for the most part. The only thing I would change about the small packs is, they need a little more gel in them compared to the others.

We just keep them frozen in a zip-lock bag at the ready and then alternate them as needed. Not too cold to the skin and flexible for most places on your body. Have not used for hot. I would recommend overall.

These are very sturdy ice packs and I love the Velcro wrap for holding in place. I purchased mostly to use on my dog with a torn CCL and the wrap fits perfect around his thigh/knee area. I am very pleased with the quality and price!

I bought the small and medium ice packs. Both work great and the sleeves are very convenient. I have tried them both cold and heated. They are fantastic both ways. Excellent quality and I expect them to last me a very long time! I will be buying more to use in my cooler for camping trips.

I bought these for recovery after surgery which requires ice. These were the perfect size to fit in the wearable pillows post op. However they were not very cold and didn’t stay cold nearly long enough. We had much cheaper gel bead ice packs from Daiso, which if you know that store almost everything is $1.50. I didn’t think those gel bead ice packs would be that great until we compared them to this product. The gel beads stayed cold almost 3 times a long!

I've had chronic knee pain since I tore the meniscus. This product makes it so much easier to ice my knee to help with the pain. The gel packs flex completely around my knee regardless of how long they have been in the freezer. My one complaint would be that the strap is just a bit too big when I am using it on my knee as it stays too loose and if I fidget while it is on there, it will move and usually off where I need it to be.
