Manual Grater Three Round Suction Cups 2.28"

I searched and read and watched video for about 100 products for manual grating, slicing cheese and vegetables (including making waffle fries). I did not want electric or anything with plastic exposure to food or breakable parts. This one was perfect! Very sturdy, processes well, nothing but cups to wash/disinfect (you can wipe the top presser). Easy and fast rotary action. Shredded 2 pounds-6 cups of cheddar in a few minutes. Then made 4 cups of sweet potato waffle fries. I make a lot of veggie burgers for freezing and grate a lot of root veggies. Used to wear me out using a mandelein or processor. The hand rotary allows me to vary/control the pressure and speed. The different cups for grating/ slicing are very easy and quick to change. Handsome appearance so I just keep it on the counter. Top quality all metal material (one plastic part- the top little presser that goes on top of what you are grating to protect your hand). Very happy

Fantastic. Base detaches for each storage, blades lock into place with a twist. Only complaint is the plastic guard up to but no biggie to me personally. Honestly more impressed with how sleek it all looks than i expected to be. Simple to clean, makes work of any veg in seconds, easy enough I'd trust a mature kid to use it while supervised. Price could be slightly better but i expect the lifespan will justify it.

Bought it for my family members as well. Grates blocks of cheese in an instant. Has transformed my cooking. Extremely durable. Don't waste your time with cheaper plastic rotary graters or handheld graters, as this makes it so easy

I love this grater! The fact that I can grate a large (over 1 pound) block of cheese in less than 5 minutes and not break a sweat is truly impressive for this upgrade from my old box grater. Bonus: my knuckles are safe too! There’s not a narrow opening/tube like my previous electric grater I had in the past. Instead there’s a rest stop that holds you grated items in place so all I have to do is hold a slight downward pressure to the cheese and turn the crank. Once you get to the smaller pieces of cheese/veggies, you can flip the pivot food holder over to apply pressure to the top of your food grating project without any knuckle scraping. The suction cups on the base do a great job of keeping your grater stationary. The main reason I love this grater besides how easy it is to use, is the solid metal blade cones. My electric grater cracked the plastic cones around the metal blades after only 3 uses. The reason I give this 4/5 stars is the plastic crank handle and it may or may not hold up, but I don’t have the best of luck with plastic. Would I recommend getting this grater? Absolutely! It saves me lots of time and made my work in the kitchen more efficient plus I’m not limited to only using my grater near a power source.

This grater is serious! It's large, takes up a lot of space to store it, and is a little odd in how it holds the cheese (that's all I have used it for so far.) Of course, you probably know that just by looking. You wouldn't buy a cheese grater that costs the high side of $100 to sprinkle a little cheese on your salad. You'd buy it to grate some serious food. I had two blocks of cheese, 8 oz each, and I almost wish I had more. This thing is fast and quiet. It's solid and grated both blocks in about 3 minutes, most of which was putting the shredded cheese away. You put in your cheese, turn the crank, and it just silently grates the snot out of your cheese. You pull this out to grate up those 5 lb blocks of Mozzarella for your pizzas, or to slice blocks for cracker trays or something. It's pretty easy to clean, and comes with a nice stainless steel bowl. So far, my only dislikes are the size of the thing and you can't grate the very end of the cheese. The last 1/2" or so just passes out, but I just call that a snack! If you're like me and hate dragging out the food processor or salad shooter to grate a lot of cheese, this may be just what you're looking for. It's sturdy, mostly made of metal and I expect it to last a long time! Now, where to put it when I'm not using it...

My son decided that Mac’n’Cheese would be *his thing*. He’s gotten really good at it, but every batch uses around 7 cups of grated cheeses, and heaven forbid he had to use pre-shredded cheese. Even I can admit that shredding your own cheese, without the anti-clumping additives does make a big difference. Anyways, if you have to grate or shred more than a cup of cheese, this is the tool for you. Easy cleanup, too. Just chuck it in the dishwasher. And there are a bunch of other attachments for grating, shredding, and slicing. Cheese, potatoes, cucumbers, all a breeze.

I’ve had this machine for well over a year and still love it. I use it on all types of cheese and occasionally for vegetables when I need them thinly sliced. Grate large blocks of cheese quickly, drop the blade piece in the dishwasher wipe the rest down and enjoy your freshly grated cheese without any wood filler or anti-clumping spray! Yay

this tool has made grating cheese so easy & fast! it has made our life much easier! I cant wait to use it for making hashbrowns! it works super well and is not hard to clean afterwards! definitely worth the money!
