I am exceedingly pleased with both the product and the delivery. It came through USPS Priority. It was wrapped securely by both the seller and the padded mail bag. I was amazed that there wasn't even one packet that leaked. I was prepared to find some loose residual sugar at the bottom of the bag. There was not even one single sugar crystal. I transfered the packets into an airtight container and put it next to the coffee maker. Thank for such wonderful product and delivery.
