The packaging does not have a wattage nor does the description. But the light life span isn’t very long. So if you’re going to use it a lot it probably won’t last very long. The lighting is great for what my daughter uses it for. Just applying makeup and practicing how to apply individual false lashes. I hope this helps. Thanks!

Q: Does the tripod extend up ? to be taller ?

No, this is only for a table to record front facing. Can't record what your doing on the table because it tips over, and light turns off after like 15min

Q: How do you keep the legs from sliding down? I can’t get mine to stand at the preferred height

The tripod I received doesn’t have telescoping legs. But the legs do have a bit of rubber on the bottom of each leg so mine just stays in position I put it in. Maybe you could put it on a different service??
