Best Croc in your hand
One of the best tools in my career as an electrician. Gave many to employee s and students starting in school training.

As an electrician, I like these the best.
When I look for wire strippers I want comfort and quality above all else. If I'm going to make lots of splices in one day I want the best strippers I can get. These are those strippers. The handle is superior to numerous ergo-handled products. The wire cutters are rounded so they cut more like loppers which doesn't wear out your wrist. The strippers themselves work fantastic..no need to angle them when stripping. Hold them at a right angle to your wire and strip the insulation off using your wrist. My only complaint is the latch...it doesn't hold very well to keep the tool closed...they like to pop open in my tool bag.

Poor locking mechanism
Wire strippers work great only problem is the locking mechanism. Never stay locked due to poor locking lever. Very annoying!

Great but with flaws
These strip, cut great & are comfortable but the lock is flat out useless & never worked for me at all. The machining on the lock mechanism portion of the cutting head is rounded, so when you slide the lock over it has no hard angle to actually catch onto. The grips will also slide off some from time to time. I also recently added the V-Cutter and that works pretty good on 12/2 & 14/2 but have yet to test on larger timed outer jacket. I’ll probably take a dremel to it soon to get the lock to work properly & see if I can get the grips to stay on with the old dish soap trick that I used as a kid for bike grips. If these two issues were never present, I’d give these a full 5 stars.

Best strippers I've used. Have had several pairs over 5-6 years. This time they came and unfortunately the locking clasp didn't work but I still give 5 stars since I've owned maybe 6 pairs.

Feel great in hand. Sharp shears. Glow handles really work lol.

Best manual type strippers I’ve bought. The insulation cutting blades seem to be sharper than my Kleins, resulting in less effort required to strip the insulation.

Pros: Nice feel in your hands, they seem decently durable, and the 14/2 cable stripper is quite nice Cons: The locking mechanism pops open if you look at it wrong. It's like the engineer one, but worse. I prefer the knipex or klein lock.
