Long lasting smell. A must have.

I purchased Fogg Master 150ml-Pack of 4 which was delivered on 28.Jul-2020.I have been using the other bottles ok.But when opened the bottle of Oak(Batch No.P190038/09-2019),I found the nozzle has no pin-hole, as a result the spray is not coming out.Since the Return Window closed on 31 Aug.2020,I am unable to return the same.However,I feel there should have been proper check by the manufacturer/seller to ensure that all the Sprays are functioning properly.I ahve been using Fogg Master since many years,but this is the first time I have experienced such a problem.Since the nozzle is small,I traied to pierce it but in vain.I request the seller to make a replacement,if possible.

The media could not be loaded. Received defective pieces. All the pieces are more then 6 months old. Please let me know what to do

I bought earlier from some cafe, but I loved the fragrance so much

Packing wasnt well, cramped in small box causing bottles to get dent, and in 2 bottles spray cap was out. Seller HealthyBox.I must confess I bought it after watching couple of commercials. I'm using only one OAK which is light, rest 3 are very strong, perhaps they are meant to stay long hence strong. I haven't used them all, so cant comment more. I would suggest buy a pack 3 instead 4 if you want different fragrances
