FAILED product, reasonably responsive company.
Even though the concept behind this laser cane is good, the product itself is very poor. This cane seems to be shabbily made. The first one did not work for more than a few seconds. The company customer service was good so they replaced the cane. The second one also had a problem as it did not work for more than a day. The customer service was able to replace it again, but the third one last for a few days but the beep sound stopped working, only the laser was working. Eventually the unit died. It was not a battery problem as that was also replaced with new ones. The cane is poorly constructed. Parkinsons patients can become very unsteady, and this cane does not seem durable enough to withstand drops on the floor (which any cane should). The customer service did not accept any further returns. I will say the company was fairly responsive, and they may be trying to invent unique and rarely available medical equipment BUT this cane was a FAILURE.

Good product.
Good product. Its very useful. User-friendly. We are getting our grandfather's movements now. He is very easily walking his targets. The sensor system is very good to identify the targets and the beep sound also very useful.

Excellent cooperation from Mr Satish of Atharva concept
Mr Satish has taken care laser cane problem seriously.he has send me new cane after my complain.Till date new laser cane is working fine.I am very happy how things has been taken care by Mr Satish.I will give 5 star to Mr Satish.For product I want to watch some more time before giving any star.overall I will give 3 star

Helpful for Parkinson's patients
Yes I like. its handy and very light weight,I hv given 4 stars as it was not very helpful for me as I am almost on wheelchair, but whenever I m in on period I tried it ,it really works

Excellent concept. Great product!!!
It's an excellent concept and very good product. I have seen demo of this cane. It really works and provide cue to the patients. Built-in inactivity timer and steps counter are very innovative features not found in imported one's. Planning to buy.

Very useful product. Must buy for Parkinsons.
I have purchased it for my grand mother around 06 months back. Really useful and she is walking with minimum freezing. Thanks Amazon.
