Good quality. Too awhile to charge at first, but now fine. I would recommend buying a renewed phone.

I liked this phone as it has everything i need for the price ,also looks smart

With the recent ios update the phone stopped responding to touch intermittently and acted oddly opening apps without touch. Took it to Apple in Liverpool UKwho confirmed the phone originally bought in USA 2019 had had poor repair work which would of eventually flag on an update due to damage to display and it software running this. They advised £219 to repair. The phone was used for business and we dont have time to be waiting around for returns processing. Phone scrapped by Apple as non exchangeable. Paid full price for new iphone 12. Lesson learnt our end dont by second hand apple products unless works carried out by Apple

Fully scratched and faulty and defective even the touch is not working to open the screen and arrived to late and the seller is not helping at all don’t buy

I approached this purchase with some trepidation - I’ve never risked buying a phone second-hand before. I needn’t have worried. It arrived promptly, and as I examined it, was obviously in “as new” condition. It functions perfectly in everything I’ve used it for so far (I’ve had it for only a few days) and has saved me several hundred pounds. I’m very pleased!

The phone did not arrive in condition advertised, it was already late and as a main gift for a thirteenth birthday it was heartbreaking. I accepted the delivery issue but for it to arrive in less than acceptable fill if unmissable scuffs and dinks and to See my daughter’s face of confusion robbed a moment I’ll never get back. Open approach I was merely sent a return option.. my daughter had already added her SIM card.. she likes the phone but when you’ve waited for a delayed gift already she wanted to have something. I mentioned a possible partial refund, torn between heart strings.. I’d even thought an acknowledgment of apology but never got anything. I’m disgusted tbh at how inhumane this purchase has been.. would not recommend and seeking further action.
