Puritans Pride is the best!!
I swear by Puritans Pride products! Was so happy to find these 50 mg capsules of Puritans Pride Co Q-10 still available on Amazon. I’ve been using them, along with a statin, for several months now, and they’ve definitely helped my body avoid any painful side-effects from the statin! They’re small, easy to swallow, and so inexpensive. Thank you, Puritans Pride, for another great product!

Good value for price. I can’t describe the flavor so I did not rate it. Hard to tell absorbency unless you have blood test to see.
