Kelly,Each page with 8 CDs is about 1/8th thick so with 25 pages probably a 3 1/2 inch. Hope this helpsHoward

Are these pages safe for dvd storage?

they seem to be as safe as any other dvd storage as long as they are in a hard cover folder

Would these be ok for storing medical CD's without the white envelope cover?

Yes....they are felt lined pockets and vinyl or plastic "slots" only thing to remember is that the "plastic" is rather thin and will not stand alot of abuse
