I have a son who has lots of anxiety when it comes to social outings. Rather than getting him on prescription meds to relive the problem, I have been taking a holistic approach. He is taking these in addition to the other natural remedies we use to help him relax. About 30 minutes before leaving the house, he places 5 under his tongue and let's them slowly desolve. Energy, or lak thereof, was not my purpose for trying this, but really seems to help me. I tried it to begin with when I developed pnuemonnia. I couldn't quite shake it, even after multiple rounds of antibiotics, steroids, etc. I started dosing this and it cleared up the lingering mucus issues. Then I noticed within 15 minutes I would start straightening up the kitchen, organizing, doing laundry, getting things accomplished that I had put off due to general malaise. It even helped mental fatigue. I don't know if it would help others in this capacity, but has been very helpful for me!
