This is a little powerhouse! I ran 3M Roloc discs on this for 30 minutes straight, stopping only long enough to drip a few more drops of oil in and change pads. It took it like a champ. It got warm, but never super hot. The size is incredible, too. It's out in the garage, so I don't have a measurement, but it can't be more than 5" long and 1.5" wide. It's truly tiny. The exhaust comes out toward the tip, which does work to keep the area clean, as others have commented.

I've had this die grinder for a couple of months now, and have used it frequently. This thing is spectacular. Bought a 1" wire wheel and a bunch of different roloc disks and flap disks for sanding. I have used this to remove rust from all of the frame rails from my truck and a few spots of surface rust on the body of my truck (places a normal DA can't reach) and this thing has performed beautifully! I would buy again for sure!

... An EXCELLENT little tool .... to be used carefully .... very lightweight ... particularly good for very light/delicate polishing and or modelling work ... very well made ... but be careful its not abused ... I use it for work that the 'Dremel' is too brutal for ... I am VERY happy with it.
