Where are these made? Has anyone had any twisting or broken blades?

I bought these a few months back, cheap junk. They are the same ones sold at Harbor Freight for half the price. The heads do not fit the screw heads very well and the metal shaft is 2 parts, not one. If you have to put a wrench on the top for turning, the top will break loose and twist. Also made of soft, brittle metal so prone to breaking.
