Solved the problem of sudden power loss, where we had to pull the battery and put it back in to proceed 30’ at a time. A mobility center said this wasn’t a battery issue and wanted to sell us a new one. Well, no problem since installing this one!

this battery has not held a charge for 5 minutes since purchasing and there is no return on it. wasted 700$ and no one will help. Even tried ordering the separate charging station to see if that would do it and again. Doesn't charge

The first battery sent out had a small defect in the handle I wrote an email and they replace it immediately the battery is perfect and works fine great service.

I bought this in 2021 to go with the scooter. I'm having trouble and they won't fix it because it only has a year warranty. It's a rip off! I paid $500 for this stupid thing. It's not worth the money. Look into something with a better warranty!

Had to return. Did not fit my Solax Mobie. Be sure to measure before ordering. Company was prompt with refund.
