It WORKS!!!! On day 1 I did everything as instructed. After the morning snack I mixed meal 1 with meal 2 for breakfast and 500ml of water, shook it up and didnt drink fast enough. Within one minute it got so thick I had to spoon feed it to myself. Mistake so moving forward i decided i would not mix. I completed day one like that. It taste disgusting!!!!! Do day 2 after the morning snack I re-read the instructions and saw i could have 100% fruit juice to aid with hunger. So i decided to mix 100ml of juice with 400ml of water and mix meal 1 & 2 quickly shake and gulp swallow gulp swallow gulp swallow until all gone. this worked for me. By the morning of day 3 after the snack i had the BEST BOWEL MOVEMENT EVER! It appeared to be poop no mucus plaque... ohh but wait about 2 hours later right before lunch here comes the plaque. It looked like chittlings. Lol! And boy was it coming out. I felt amazing. Really i felt a difference by day2 morning. So all in all i say mission accomplished. I'm ordering another to redo in 60 days

Great product! Mucolid plaque is real! The 3 day program was so easy. The meal packets keep you full, so your not hungry, I was still able to function normally and workout. Day 2 I finally started to release the mucolid plaque and felt great! Which you will be able to easily tell the difference. It’s shocking! I can’t believe this was in my body for so long. FYI- don’t combine packets, it is very hard to drink. U have the option to, I would highly advise anyone not to do that. I am so glad I got this! So worth it!

The flavor was bad the directions weren’t great and I had little to no results.

Not to get to graphic- works well, def cleaned some plaque out..taste isn't as bad as some reviews I read, on the level of a veggie powder or below average protein drink, Not desirable but not so bad to make you gag.. drink ASAP after mixing to avoid thickening. No real hunger pains during process. I would recommend this product as I will be ordering another in the future.

I want to make clear that this is NOT a juice cleanse so you are not misled as I was given this cleanse is named “3 day juice cleanse”. So another caveat is that this is actually a 9 day cleanse (3 day prep, 3 day just the powder, and 3 day post). To begin, I was pretty excited about the cleanse on the first day. I just completed nearly a decade of graduate school and needs to flush away all the toxins that built from years of stress eating. The cleanse You basically receive powder packets that are to be mixed with room temperature water. You must shake the water/powder mixture and IMMEDIATELY chug it or the water will naturally thicken because of all the different powders. And I mean thicken in a matter of seconds… The first day of the cleanse, I was able to somewhat tolerate the drinks but by the last, I gagged drinking each meal. You are also expected to drink the meals (2 powder packets for breakfast, lunch and dinner) back to back which is basically chugging two bottles of water one after the other. My body could not take drinking this fast and I became averse to the drinks by the last day. To be honest, drinking the meals felt like torture. I was never starving hungry because the powder kept me “full”. I definitely felt my body detoxing but felt sick (headaches, nauseous, vomit) days 2 and 3. All my symptoms were recorded in the instructions so I knew they weren’t anything to worry about, but found myself in bed for most of the cleanse. This could just be my personal experience because I had a lot to detox but I’m not sure how others worked during this cleanse. Final Words I definitely feel better after the cleanse but don’t think I would be doing this again. The idea of chugging thick room temperature water would have made me look to another one if I knew that’s what it was. I was also led to believe that this was an actual juice instead of powder. And by powder I mean some of the ingredients include oat flour, vegetable powered, red rice powder etc. As a positive, the snack powder was bearable and was the closest thing to juice - it seemed like powdered green juice and I could drink that without gagging.

I’ve struggled with rope worms/mucoid plaque for years but the results from this have me shook. Day one i had the mother of all poops, but was at the gym and not in a place to check out what I’d passed, I felt some die off symptoms, but nothing terrible. Day 2 I definitely passed something big in the morning. It’s still only day 2 of the protocol and I just passed the most complete alien thing ever. It literally has a head and tail. Lots of mine do, but this is a whopper. I’m committed to doing this protocol monthly until I don’t have this issue. My doctors have been of no use whatsoever.
