These are great little multivitamins. They are small potent and I love that they’re vegan. The price is great and they’re comparable to other named brand multivitamins as far as content and ingredients.

I have been buying this item for several years and will continue to do so. I cannot process the rda 18 mg iron in most other brands but this one has 8mg per tablet so I take one in morning and one in evening for enough iron and with no digestion issues

Been taking them 6+ months and I noticeably feel better, my nails are stronger too. They don’t upset my stomach and iron has previously upset my stomach in the past. These vitamins are my holy grail! The perfect amount of iron and causes no stomach upset, I feel better after taking them (it took about a month to notice a difference in how I feel), and they are small enough to safely swallow. I struggle with swallowing anxiety and absolutely can’t swallow big pills, and I don’t like gummy multivitamins. These are incredibly affordable as well. It’s a little slice of heaven in this world.

I love this multivitamin. I have tried so many different multivitamins. My problem is that I have a hard time swallowing large pills and most of the pills are huge. Even pills that are advertised as being very tiny either are not truly tiny and are really large or you would have to take two or three of them a day. This was the first product that I found that actually is a small pill it's easy for me to swallow and I only have to take one a day. This is my second purchase of this product I am very happy with it. The only drawback is that there are a few nutrients that are usually in multi vitamins that are missing from this so it's best to look closely at the label to be sure if there are certain nutrients that you need

These tiny pills are great! I don't love swallowing pills, and neither do my kids. It's really nice that you only need ONE of these per day, which makes them super affordable. However, in addition, you may want to add calcium and magnesium supplements, because these vitamins don't have enough of them. I like these because they are really small and they don't leave any type of aftertaste. I'm glad to have made the switch away from gummies and on to a more natural alternative. We will be buying these again.

This is my third purchase of these mini vitamins. This vitamin is easily swallowable with just the right amount of nutrients. I don’t feel as though I’m overtaxing my body with too much.
