Magic: The Gathering Kaldheim Commander Deck – Elven Empire | 100 Card Ready-to-Play Deck | Green-Black

was curious and decided to look up my very first deck and wow... that price. i got this when i started playing magic only in 2021, and it was $40 at the time. nothing about the cards are any different than they were two years ago. there are hardly any staples or cards of real value in this deck. out of the box its a smidge weak, but smooth, fast, and can get overwhelmingly large easily. regardless, its not wirth the asking price of nearly $90 im seeing here. it wasn't until Double Masters came out that i was able to put in some serious upgrades and even then, my deck was only valued at around $90.... last year. i love this deck! its nearly my go-to for most games, but this precon is NOT WORTH $90 out the box like this! SAVE YOUR DOLLARS!

This 25 dollar price tag is perfect! Can buy for yourself, or gift to friends and family so they can get into magic. This elf pre-constructed deck is also fairly strong fresh out of the box. It serves as a great baseline elf tribal and is cheap and easy to upgrade. My local stores and the main online retailers i normally use like tgcplayer and kingdom stupendously upcharge this deck to 50 bucks. This amazon deal is perfect.

Got this pre con to have a second deck to play at my LGS, I was very new to commander at the time and out of the box, this thing is not only playable but can even win in some playgroups. Minimal modifications and it holds its own against most everything the casual players have. If you have a friend/significant other you want to get into MtG the is the perfect learning tool.

Out of the box, this is one of the best precon decks. Lathril is one of the top commanders, and this deck doesn't need any real edits to be strong.

This deck is more competitive than the other Kaldheim deck. It can be upgraded easily to compete with higher power lvs at a fairly low cost. The deck can also be played casually without upgrades. For an Elf deck out of the box it isn't as fast as most elf decks I have played in the past. This is probably done to allow for a better casual experience but can lead to moments where you feel like your stuck for a few turns while you wait to get enough lands or find some card draw. The other Kaldheim deck is far more enjoyable for out of the box casual play but can't be upgraded as easily for a competitive game.

A decent deck out of the box. Maybe $20 in upgrades and it can really roll.

One of my favorite MTG decks to play with. So simple and yet so fun. Make lots of elves and destroy your enemies.

For the lower price then the standard $40 this deck is good because its tribal so it runs very smoothly and with the money you save you can make easy changes not to mention if your willing to put extra money to it the commander is just plain good for elf tribal. Deck lacks enough protection however in my opinion and board interaction can be improved. But against other precons this deck doesn't pull its punches
