Great
Great little scales. These are perfect for measuring smaller amounts of liquid. I use them to weigh out ingredients for making home cleaning and cosmetic products and unlike normal conventional kitchen scales, these can handle the more precise measurements needed. The lid is a little on the flimsy side and actually broke off after a couple of weeks but naturally this does not effect the use. The instructions supplied are easy to follow and the scales themselves are functional and easy to use. I've had them for a few months now and used on a weekly basis but so far I haven't had to change the batteries.

Great deal
Needed a reliable scale with 0.01g accuracy for some precise home-crafting and culinary projects. I was skeptical given the low price, as many scales in this range are notoriously unreliable. Before trusting it with any important measurements, I decided to test its calibration against a known, verifiable standard: a modern UK £1 coin. According to the Royal Mint, a £1 coin weighs exactly 8.75g. After letting the scale settle on a flat, level surface, I placed the coin on the scale which read 8.73g, 8.73g and 8.74g That's a maximum deviation of just 0.02g, or an error margin of about 0.2%. For a scale that costs about as much as a takeaway coffee, that level of precision is absolutely phenomenal. The scale is responsive, the tare function works perfectly, and the build quality feels solid enough for its purpose. The lid acts as a good protective cover. If you're a hobbyist, a crafter, or anyone who needs to measure small quantities with a high degree of confidence without breaking the bank, this is it. This little scale has earned a permanent place in my workshop. Highly recommended. (This review was written with the assistance of generative AI )

Accurate & pocket sized
I bought this Zacro digital pocket scale (always feel the need to product name as so often I read reviews only to find they’re generic and not specific to the item at all) and really didn’t have great expectations as it was £6 ! Actually it’s been brilliant. On first try it was slightly out but I recalibrated following the instructions (printed on the inside cover - I did already have my own scale weights) it was then spot on. I needed to weigh an item of jewellery and when I later took this to a jeweller, they gave me the same weight. That’s the best recommendation! It’s worth getting a 200g weight to periodically calibrate the scale. Really useful little scale, incredibly accurate and exceeded my expectations!

You get what you pay for
At £6 this is a bargain option, and it works about as well as you'd expect that given. My advice on the calibration button is to leave it well alone. The scales arrived pre-calibrated and re-calibrating them did not improve things. If you are wanting to weight eg an empty glass vs the same glass with something in it, use the 'TARE' button instead. Unfortunately, even when following all the instructions, the scales simply measure inconsistently, frequently change their mind on the exact weight of items, and sometimes simply revert to zero. Taking 80mg off the scales may briefly show -60mg, then -0mg, then come to rest at anywhere from -20mg to -70mg, or if I am lucky, -80mg; another time it simply claims there has been no change at all. This makes it impossible to trust the scales and as a result useless for working with precisely the kind of delicate matters for which a centigram-sensitive scale is usually needed. It is much better than nothing at all, and may - sometimes - actually work as intended. But if you actually *need* centigram-accuracy, try a more expensive scale.

Good for weighing, well small things whatever those may be.
I’ve been using the Zacro digital scales for everything from small motorcycle components to our pet gecko, and they’ve been impressively accurate. We even tested their calibration using coins – just Google the weight of a few common coins and weigh them on the scales – and they checked out perfectly. They’re solid, reliable, and easy to use, and honestly, they’re accurate enough that you could weigh just about anything you’d sell in tiny quantities… though let’s stick to legal stuff, of course! A great, versatile little tool for the workshop, kitchen, or hobby projects.
