I have used this product for about 8 months. My labs have moved from just below acceptable to a low normal reading as a result of taking one capsule every other day. I had some side effects taking it every day. Interesting that (and my MD had no comment) my occasional irregular heartbeat has stopped with the increase in iron level. No after taste. Inexpensive. So try this gradually. I will continue.
