Did not receive correct product. The one I was sent is way too small, (Advertised size: "18x9x10 cm" Actual size: "15x7x9 cm") has no monbento branding (The photo clearly does but the one I received is completely brandless), does not have silicon seals and the lids just sorta sit on top, no sealing power whatsoever, is colored differently, (both containers are colored instead of just the top one) and there's no food cup insert. It's in the MB Original packaging but it's clearly not the right size for it, (Rattles around with loads of space when the product photos show it filling the whole box) Is this a mistake or did I just get scammed? Is there any way to send this back and get a proper one or at least money back so I can buy a real one?

I’m very displeased with this bento box. Online it looks HUGE and it’s expensive. If you’re looking for this product to be big I will save you the time and money. I will be sending this back this weekend. I have already packaged it back up. I was excited to use this product as well and even told my coworker about it. Very upset.

Love the look and size of this lunch box! It’s adorable. Like some other reviewers, after a few uses my lids started to bend upwards, so they don’t always fit tight enough or stay on. I have no idea how this happened, I’ve only hand washed them. But for the price, it is frustrating.
