Men's Fermented with Probiotics, Selenium, B Vitamins, Vitamin D3 - 24ct

I don't know what much else to say besides these are very good multivitamins for a man's daily use. I ordered these for the 1st time on my own after my girlfriend had gotten them for me to try out I work at an auto shop and can only eat so often, I don't really take breaks as time is money and I am paid on flat-rate, so it can hurt me if i miss out on a job. After mainly using vitamins of which I've purchased at various different grocery stores and then sticking to Wegman's brand for a while, I knew I wasn't feeling entirely optimal for what I felt I needed. ( Note: I also compete in a community volleyball league and am a front player as I am 6' 2 ) These are great because they're organic, whats better than knowing you're getting fresh nutrients and from a reliable source?! Also, it is labeled that you can take them on an empty stomach, and I have...as it said! It works for me and I would guarantee it to work for anyone else, vitamins are simple, and maybe should not require such a long and dedicated review, but I took the time to make this as I will no longer be indebted to a grocery brand or anything else of the sort. I used all the tablets! Still a small amount of stomach discomfort, but MUCH better than bargain brands.

I have had great success with these vitamins over the last few months. I was glad to have found it on Amazon now for even more convenience. The pills are quite large (as pictured), but not hard to swallow with plenty of water or juice as they are curved oval shape and well polished. The difference for me is that these vitamins have a noticeable effect on my body - I get more energy and my skin looks better nourished. They are quite expensive relatively versus chemically synthesized multivitamins, but I think they are worth it. I know many have expressed concerns from the P&G purchase of this company. However, I think it would be in the interest of P&G to keep the formula the same if they want to retain the customer base. I am hoping they don't get tempted to cheapen the formula's ingredients and increase marketing budgets.

I was a little leery of paying so much for vitamins, but I've heard people rave about this company and their products. Aside from the pills smelling slightly funky, they go down smoothly with no discernible taste, and best of all, do not upset my stomach. The bottle says you can even take them on an empty stomach. I've tried other multivitamins on the market and have lately become nauseous from them. These are a good bet if you have a sensitive stomach and want to take a multi. I like that there is no iron (men don't need it), and a good amount of Vitamin D3 (1,000 IUs). I suspect some of the herbal blends they add for "stress" and "immunity support" are worthless, but I doubt it will kill me. I will definitely continue to buy this product.

They have changed their formula, they are not as good as they once were. they are still worth buying, but my last bottle was not very good. I am about to give these up and find a better vitamin.
