Important Notice
In the beginning it didn’t work with me well, and side effect annoying me. But when I met my doctor again and explained to her, since she was aware of my case from the beginning and she was aware of my gastro problems, she advised me to take Probiotics then I try again the 5-HTP. I followed her instructions and side effects of 5-HTP became very light. Conclusion: every body is reacting differently with same medicine so you have to monitor your body and check if you have any other problems might cause side effects. However 5-HTP will not make your life better but it will help you to sleep deeply which will reset your brain and help your body to heal.

I think they are good. Can't really say they helped with my mental state but I do think they were really good as good night support pills. I took them before I slept and they made me sleepy. So for that, I liked it.
