A must have for me. I'm a woman, and this has absolutely changed my menstrual cycle for the better! My periods are predictable and much more easier. I open the capsules and toss it in my smoothies. The other thing it has done, is GROW MY GLUTES! I've been taking this along side my workout routine and my goodness 😅😅😅 I will always purchase these.
