does it come with the USB cord?

Whoever designed packing for this product is an idiot. The cable is stuck behind a cardboard partition on one end of the box. If you opened the box from the wrong end you will not see the cable and it will look like the box only contains the manual and the controller. But yes, it does come with a cable.

Does this work with Logic Pro X and ProTools 11?

I've used it successfully with both. For Protools it took these extra Steps below.1. Install latest USB midi driver from http://korg.com/nanoseries22. Hold down set marker and play while plugging USB cable into NanoKontrol2 from your computer.3. In Pro Tools, click on setup and go to peripherals.4. Open the midi controllers tab in peripherals.5. Select "HUI" as type, NanoKotrol (slider/konb) for send to, and NanoKotrol (CNTRL) as the receive from port.

Does it come with software

Yes they should still come with a suite of bundled software.. some Korg, UVI & AAS vst's.. Ableton Lite DAW as well.. Honestly the bundled software is worth more than the cost of the unit
