Do these shoes have arch support

Minimal arch support but very comfortable. They do run a little big so I returned and very quickly received a smaller pair. I recommend ordering 1/2 size smaller.

Is this shoe a good fit for a high instep?

All I can say is that I am a 7 Med and it fits perfectly. Not sure about high in-step requirements.

Would these shoes look good with a skirt or dress?

Nothing looks as good with a skirt or a dress as a shoe with a higher heel, but for those of us for whom heels are a thing of the past, these are fine for dressing up.

Does these shoes run small?

I don't remember them running small. I returned mine before wearing them. I wasn't satisfied with comfort.
