I had no clue there were different types of cinnamon until I came upon a recipe that called for this. I wanted to try it on something so had a basic idea how it tasted before potentially ruining a whole recipe I took time to make. Upon opening I couldn’t help but smell the strong aroma of what you only imagine a really good cinnamon would smell like. It’s a true blue aroma that entices you to try immediately. So I pulled out a tub of Kozy Shack rice pudding, put some in a bowl, and sprinkled some Saigon cinnamon on top. The only thing that was better than the smell was the taste. It has such a great flavor and tastes how you wish cinnamon would actually taste but never does. It’s amazing!!!! This is a larger container so it will last a while and has great value for what you pay versus the size. I highly recommend and urge to try this!!!

I love to bake and this cinnamon is ALWAYS in my pantry, as it's the BEST! I love the fragrance that it emits when baking in quick breads and cakes. The flavor is quality, much better than cheaper brands. I highly recommend purchasing this product!
