This is my favorite collagen because it is marine based and I prefer that over bovine ones. It is a bit hard to dissolve in water so I recommend adding to a smoothie if you can. It is great for the skin and overall collagen support, it is pricey but this company is well known and I think their products are good. It doest have a strong fish taste like other marine based collagen products do and I like that. It helps my skin and gut health so I use it as a part of my regular supplements.

I just recently started this product. Tastes the same a bouvine collagen powder that I have at home. I have yet to see the results but hoping for the best
