Excellent quality multivitamins, they're made from natural ingredients, and Garden of Life offers a bigger variety of vitamins than big brands like One a Day and others. Because these vitamins are extracted from natural ingredients, they're better and more naturally absorbed by the body.

Bought on sale. My family has been using this brand for years. Solid natural vitamin. I don’t notice a difference in my health per se. But I do in my kids (they take the kids version).

Good quality multivitamin made from organic whole foods. Easy to take once a day and gentle on the stomach. I like the clean ingredients and that it’s vegan. I feel a nice boost in overall energy and well-being. The only downside is the price, which is a bit higher than average, but the quality makes it worth it.
