I use this tarp to mount on the outside walls of my 1978 mobile home in the winter it helps to hold in the heat quite a bit. They are sturdy and cheaper than insulation and easier to install using push pins and they cover large areas all at once with no hassle. When your on limited income you do what you have to do it may not be pretty but it works.

I have used this tarp to cover up a sand volleyball court when not in use, to prevent weed and grass growth. I nailed down the edges with tent stakes. It's been installed for about one month, and it's holding up very well. I would say the quality of the tarp is fine for my use. Obviously you can spend a lot more on a thicker tarp, so time will tell how well this tarp works. On another note, the price of the tarp has increased 60% since I purchased it two months ago. I would have purchased the tarp again at the previous price, but now I'm going to try a cheaper one on Amazon (since I need a 2nd one to fully cover the volleyball court).
