I purchased this for my dining room table. I have two boys 13 and 6 years old they are rough on Everything so I figured I would try this in hopes to save my table. The thickness is just right no matter what they spill or do it hasn't made it to the actual table. Stain resistance, Texture and color is all as described (top notch). Looks great over top of any Table cloths. Very Happy that I made this purchase.

We first purchased this about 5 years ago. We loved it and it stood up very well to years of daily use yet remained clear and looked great. It’s so nice and thick that it protects the wood and table cloths beneath it perfectly. While shipped in a large roll, it quickly flattens out after a few hours and fit the table perfectly - The size was exactly as ordered. We loved it and how it’s so thick and stays nicely in place on the table. While it survived thousands of meals and projects preformed on that table, it could not survive a mother-in-law’s brightly colored reusable holiday bag and we ended up with a perfect copy of the colors and patterns of the bag she left sitting on the table for just a few minutes. There must be some new type of printing process going on as we never experienced anything like this in the prior 5 years, but those color dyes were transferred in to the plastic and would not come out with any cleaners. The new one looks just as good as the original, and retains the nice thick, heavy plastic we loved all those years. And we now know to NOT let people throw their brightly colored plastic bags on our dinning table!

This is doing a great job protecting our antique wood table. We have cats so it helps prevent scratches, staining from spilled food or drinks. Easy to clean, easy to maintain.

This is perfect. I have an expensive large dining room table that I use as a computer work station. I was able to put a lovely handmade tablecloth on first, this protector next, and my office equipment on top. Some people mention it is larger than the size they ordered, but I didn't find that to be the case. It was an exact fit. I had no problems unrolling it from the box and placing it over the tablecloth. It lays nice and flat but then I have heavy items like a printer and tabletop monitor to help keep it in place. I now feel my table is fully protected. Highly recommend.

Bought a new kitchen table and chair set and needed to protect it from myself. I used my last table like a work bench and didn’t want the same for this new one. So, I purchased this covering and was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered. First of all I received it 2 days earlier than expected. I could tell right away that this was high quality by the thickness and clarity. I unrolled it and placed some heavy objects on it to smooth it out. After that I trimmed it to exact size. There was about 1/2 inch extra all around to account for shrinkage. It cut very well with a box cutter. Fits perfect now. I found it cleans the best using glass cleaner and paper towels. This product is extremely durable and believe it will last as long as I want it to. This is an excellent product and I’m really happy with my investment. Definitely recommend this. Just be sure to use a new blade when cutting as it is very thick.

We wanted to protect our dining table, so bought a large one that said it was the size of our dining table. The edges are not straight or too long/wide (e.g., overlaps on the long sides, get one part of the side edge aligned with the edge of the table and it overlaps on one or both sides in places). We followed the directions, but it will be difficult to cut a clean edge to align with the table top. Trying to make it work since it does provide some protection. 😒 The Clear choice is very shiny so might want to consider that if buying.

I’m so glad I trusted the reviews and bought this. It fits well, and is a good mil quality! When you buy a beautiful expensive table, you want to protect it and this does just that!

It is thinner and floppier, and not a stiff board like than the item that is pictured. However, it is too thick to cut easily to the exact length and width of my table.

Watch my video. I expected this to arrive as a solid sheet, instead it arrived tightly rolled up. I don't think the ripples will ever come out, even after ironing. In hindsight I wished I had bought the 2mm (I bought the 1.5mm). I put a warm plate on it and it indented the plastic immediately. I considered sending it back but I do like the size match, and it does protect my table, and it's a good price point compared to glass, so I am keeping it.

Bought this to keep the table cleaner. It is very easy to clean and keeps the tablecloth in place. If you place hotter items on the plastic it becomes cloudy.
