I've been using this knife to cut pallet straps, thick cardboard covers and various warehouse packing items for months without any sign of wear or damage. Previously I've purchased similar safety knives and these wouldn't last a week. Definitely recommend.

Had it several months now, and never used it. I prefer opening boxes with a 2" stubby, unmounted blade. The main blade is no use for cutting sellotape around cardboard boxes (you need a big hole before you can slice forward). The end hooked blade is a pain to get locked in place and retract. The large blade is loose and cannot removed/replaced or sharpened. Then there is the big, EXPENSIVE brass screw on the side - it does absolutely nothing ! Too big and too badly thought out.

Just rubbish wouldn't cut anything! I threw it away!

This is a handy tool for cutting tape and packaging straps but it is not suitable for cutting cardboard boxes. I feel the title "Satefy Box Cutter" is misleading! I have given two stars for value for money and ease of use because it does cut tape easily enough but does not perform in any way when trying to cut the box itself and this was the reason for my purchase.
