Miele Original Dishwasher Rinse Aid, for Optimal Drying and Sparkling Finish with Glass Protection Formula, 17 oz

I'll be honest: I didn't intend to order this. One fine day I was ordering supplies for the house on Amazon and came across this product. So, I put it in my cart. I've got a Miele dishwasher and use only Miele PowerDisc detergent in it, so...well, this has gotta be good, right? Then I got a pop-up for Finish Jet-Dry, which is what I used to buy, and added some of that to my cart. I thought that I'd just remove the Miele from my cart before checking out and all would be good. I never did, of course, which is how we got here. Finish Jet-Dry is a great product, but the dishes look a lot better with Miele in the rinse aid tank. And for some reason it's not using as much Miele as it did Finish - maybe Miele has something programmed into their machines that recognizes this product and dispenses less of it because it's more effective. They would do that; they put crazy technology in $1900 dishwashers.

I'm pleased with my Miele dishwasher and tend to use Miele products exclusively. This rinse aid is mild in its smell and very clean and light. The bottle is made to help you reduce spills. Product seems effective leaving the dishes spot free. I always suspected the Miele tabs I use took care of some of that, but when I ran short of this product I did feel a difference on the dishes, glasses and flatware, convincing me that the rinse aid is truly helpful and effective. I'm able to pick this up at a local hardware store, Miele shop - and I have ordered directly from Miele. But I've had success purchasing through Amazon.

I started using this for a month, gives my dishes an amazing shine. The inside of my dishwasher is also very clean and shiny. There is no water left on dishes. Everything comes out super dry and spotless. You don’t have to have a Miele dishwasher to use the dryer aid. Works wonders.

I like the gasket on the dispenser that keeps it from splashing when poured.

I have not used this for very long, but it seems to do a very good job of getting rid of water spots.

Glasses and cutlery really shine - didn't appreciate what a difference it would make but is a bit expensive
