Good seam ripper, small and not loud
The Wahl Pocket Pro Compact Trimmer for Touching Up Around Dogs and Cats Eyes, Ears, and Paws - Model 9961-900 works well enough as a seam ripper. Plus it is small - fits in the palm of my hand, it's cordless and not loud.

Very handy little clipper.
I bought one a couple of years ago for little grooming jobs on my Toy Poodle and really enjoyed using it. It is a nice design and comfortable to hold and gets the job done. It's great value for the Wahl brand, which I trust. Though it's a powerful little thing, I pushed it a little too hard on a bigger job and it suddenly stopped working so I immediately purchased another.

Better for medium to large dog toes
I bought this little shaver to get between my dog's toes. I have 3 medium (44 lb to 62 lb) bernedoodles or varying degrees of poodle (75/50/25). The most poodle-y of the doodles get stuff stuck in her toes a lot. To avoid this, she now gets her toes shaved. The other two get their toes shaved between the pads. What I liked abouy this shaver is that the blade didn't get hot. It got warm, but it was a reasonable temperature. I've tried another, much smaller sized one that gets into the smaller spaces well, but the blade gets very hot. I appreciate that the Wahl did not get hot. I shaved all 3 dog's toes, took about a half hour, and the blade was still a low warm at best. The size is decent for large paws or for a sanitary trim. However, with the sanitary trim, one of my dogs was startled by the vibration, and I couldn't finish. So, it is pretty powerful. It came with a battery, and after shaving for a half hour, it is still going. When replacing the battery, I will either use rechargeable batteries or lithium ion batteries. The lithium battery should last a decent amount of time. The shaver did a great job. My dog's feet are 3 inches+ wide. I don't think this would be good for getting between the toes of a smaller dog, but it worked for between th pads of my medium sized dogs. What I don't like is that the shaver has one speed. It is a bit loud, but didn't freak out my dogs. The shave you get is really close. I felt the weight of the shaver was nice, and I appreciated the wider body for holding onto.

Absolutely awesome!
These are for pets but also work amazingly for small kids when trimming bangs or around the neck. They're quieter and cut the hair super easily without cutting or harming the neck area. This is why I purchased two sets. I live how compact and light weight they are. It even came with a blade guard, two attachments and a battery. Awesome!

Stopped working in less than 2 months
I have not had this product long at all and I have only used it maybe 5 times and it has stopped working completely. I have put a new battery in thinking it was just the battery but no it will not turn on at all. Do not buy this product. This is the second time I purchased this product and the first one lasted a year but this one only lasted less than 2 months.

Angora Rabbit owners, need these!
I raise Angora bunnies and these are my go to for shearing. They are so lightweight and fit in the palm of your hand. They cut to prefection and have two guards that are interchangeable. This allows me to not accidently nick the delicate skin of my bunnies, but allows me to decide the depth I want to shear at. They are fairly quiet and I have more control over what and where I am cutting the fiber off. I paid over $40 for a pair from a farm supply store. When I saw the price of these trimmers, I gift everyone that purchases a bunny from me a pair. I do use them on my dog's as well, but mainly for my Angora's. There is no pinching of pulling of the fiber. Each cut is clean, clear, no second cuts needed and I obtain more quality fiber.

Sharp blades, shaved my Dog's balls!
Yes, the balls were getting kinda ragged, as TENNIS Balls do, when dogs get ahold of them. Cleaned them right up, cutting off the extra fuzz, strands, etc., worked perfectly. Seriously, anyone got a better way to rejuvenate a half shredded tennis ball, Kong ball? You think I want my dog shredding and swallowing that fuzzy stuff? It really got my Dogs Balls looking great again! Recently quit working - lots of company hats & tees ... hmmm... used this on the back side of the hats and shirts to remove company embroidery, a little patience, and it all came off cleanly! Worked better and a razor, no fabric was damaged. Also works on faces .... trimming mustache, beard, fine hairs on ears, excellent grooming tool. And, it's quiet enough the dog doesn't mind it, shaving the fine fuzz between the toes, around the ears, etc.
