Ok anyone who tells you it has no flavor doesn't really drink Yerba Mate (Chimarrão). This is a drink you drink throughout the day. First 4-6 cycles I get this grassy, very light bitter taste. As you keep drinking all of a sudden the chocolaty ghram cracker taste comes in. I put a little bit of white sugar in it when i want the taste to be stronger. It also takes a little for the caffeine to kick in, but it comes smoothly and with no jitters. It is a bit expensive so I buy the 3 pack to save $ , definitely worth it though ! 🫠

Interesting and delicious flavor. Truly does taste toasty and creamy. Not at all like Argentine mate. A unique change of pace for Maté drinkers

Right packaging, wrong yerba. This was going to be my first time trying "grossa" style chimarrao, but the yerba inside of this packaging is your usually super fine cut like ximango or something would normally be. This isn't "medium cut" at all. Not what I paid for or expected to receive. Still looks and smells like a tasty chimarrao though, just not what I ordered.

I got allergies to it they didn’t let me return

Not a lot of flavor in the batch I bought..I use the method that I learned while in Brazil, which is to use the cup with wood inside of it, fill it with Yerba, tip it sideways with your hand covering the top, slip the Bomba into the gap, and then filter with cold water where the Bomba meets the Yerba to remove the dust. Using hot water right after boiling, there's no deeper flavor or than drinking a plant. Better off buying that yellow pre-made can of yerba.. If you want some good stuff, Taragui, or Madrugada MOÍDA GROSSA is the way to go.

Erva was no longer fresh by the time it arrived from the manufacture. It just lost its freshness

Cultyvada has quickly become my favorite Chimarrão. Graham cracker malty goodness.

Edit: Everything I wrote still stands but the quality of yerba when ordering a 3-pack is lower than a 1-pack. Best packaging I have seen so far. With some other retailers and producers I'd sometimes get a bag that lost vaccuum (and therefore flavor/color). Deep flavor profile. Grassy, malty, and slightly earthy. Medium coarse with higher leaf/stem to powder ratio, which lets the rich flavor last more refills. My current favorite. I have to add, in the interest of seller honesty, that the one pack is fresher than the 3 pack bundle. Somewhat understandable, but I felt I should share that.
