Great support and very comfortable
The support (model 403R) is sturdy, whilst being flexible. It's very well constructed, provides very good support and is comfortable while standing or if your leg is extended. It's ok if sitting on a chair but not as comfortable if you sit in lotus pose. At 13" it's a bit longer than some other knee supports I own. I prefer the longer length.I developed a painful point in my right knee a day after running and wearing this support for a few days along with ibuprofen helped quite a bit. As some other reviewers have mentioned, the extra padding provides very good support to keep the knee in place and helps heal those patellar injuries.I had to order this twice since as the product description had no sizing. I guessed and ordered a small and it didn't fit. After looking at the packaging insert I discovered I was right between a size S and an M. I've now uploaded a picture of the sizing measurements and instructions from the package.I am 5' 4" and weigh 120lbs. My knee circumference is 14" but the Small (12-14") was too tight. When I tried the Medium (14" -15") it fit comfortably. That may vary for others.I haven't washed it yet but the instructions say to hand wash in lukewarm water, mild detergent. Rise thoroughly and drip dry only.

Best light knee support I've ever used!
Great product! I've used it almost every day for over a month. It is very durable, comfortable and easy to wash.I’m an old catcher and played baseball throughout college. At 66 years old I’m still very active in sports. My doctor told me my pain is what he calls “catcher’s knee.” This bad osteoarthritis pain before I got the McDavid Deluxe Knee Support made movement very painful. With this support I’ve been able to resume play with less discomfort. It’s easy to place on my knee and better than any other supports I’ve used in the past. I believe for me, it will postpone possible surgery that I may need in the future. If you have knee pain from osteoarthritis and your knees are still somewhat stable this is the product for you.I would recommend this to anyone with knee pain from osteoarthritis.

provides great warmth, decent support.
This is a soft knee brace, the front pad provides extra warmth to keep the joint flexible, and it is tight/thick enough to provide decent support, but it isn't designed for super stability. My only complaint is that it tries to slide down my knee and I have to pull it up a lot, especially when i first start my runs.

A HUGE difference maker in my patella tendonitis (jumper's knee)
I have patella tendonitis (jumper's knee) pretty bad in my left knee. I am 34 and play basketball pretty regularly. This sleeve is definitely a HUGE difference maker in my knee pain. I'm hoping that wearing this brace when I play over time will alleviate the pain altogether. My knee feels supported and strong while wearing the sleeve. Neoprene sleeves are definitely the way to go if you have the same tendonitis (jumper's knee) that I have. This specific sleeve gets bonus points for being longer than most neoprene knee sleeves. It does "bunch up" when you bend your knee all the way into a squat position but this will happen with any sleeve that actually gives support. it's easy to pull and adjust to straighten and to me it was not annoying at all to adjust it while playing. If you play basketball it's similar to wiping the bottom of your shoes in the middle of a game to make sure they won't slip... just becomes a habit.I am 6'4 210 lbs with an athletic build and I ordered the large and medium to see which one fit the best. Medium would go on but was definitely too tight. The large was perfect for me.

Was not quite what I needed, but decent product.
Turned out that I needed a "jumpers knee" strap instead. This support keeps your knee nice and warm, so if that's what you're looking for, you'll likely be pleased. Doesn't provide much compression on actual knee.

A review after 1 month of everyday use
I've gone through countless amounts of knee supports including Tommie cooper and none of them gave me the comfort and support I needed.I have was very active growing up running and jumping a lot which caused me to develop tendinitis in both knees. I haven't been able to squat jump or lift heavy the way I wanted to because of this issue. When I found these knee supports I was somewhat scheptical but wanted to try something new before I started my insanity workout so I measured my thigh and legs before purchased and grabbed the correct size. Remeber only one comes in the package.First use I could definitely feel the support, it was tight but not too tight it felt almost just right.I was able to jump and lift and not have any pain at all during and after the exercise. My only complaint is after you start sweating they tend to sink down on your leg after a while they smell funky from your sweat.* Update* A month later I'm still using these supports and they have not let me down, I finished insanity and now on to Focus T25 and going well! When I squat I still have to wrap my knees because the support for the heavy weight isn't enough but I can deal with it.Mr Ellis gives this review a solid "A" you will get your monies worth and will definitely be satisfied with your purchase!

Stitching rips every time you put the brace on. Comes loose during play. Bunches around the knee
Stitching rips every time you put the brace on. Comes loose during play. Bunches around the knee. Look at the picture: Even the stock photo shows bunching (something I didn't notice when I purchased). This doesn't help for patellar tendonitis/Osgood Schlatter. You will want a patellar strap for that. I recommend Mueller, as that has worked for me.If you are going to use this for basketball, this will affect your jump and your shot unless you wear it on both knees. It tends to give the leg a little more "spring" and makes you a little off-balance.

Great product with great insulation
Great product for the price.. it's a good knee pad for volleyball and it's very well insulated so your knees would be kept warm. One advise, please measure your knee and follow the sizing chart posted as you may need a larger size than usual to not strangle your knee blood vessels

Buena rodillera
