We liked the Thermostat that can be set with the dial. We liked the capacity 10l is good for the day of coffee and tea making without the constant boiling of kettles. The tap is robust and does not drip. We paired this with a timerplug to shut off automatically at the end of the day. We liked the level indicator. The keep hot function works well. The reason we picked this was because it had all of the features in one urn, we found that many competitors had some but not all. The quality so far is good, we have been running it for 4 weeks now.

We keep our urn topped up a couple of times a day so there is always hot water that takes a very short time in the kettle to boil for drinks and cooking use as well as initial cleaning of pans that need a bit extra effort. It must save us money on electricity even though there was an initial outlay. Very handy. Made a little insulation jacket to keep the heat in.

I bought this to use in workshops to enable participants to make refreshments. Kept us 8 of us going all afternoon. Was able to top up safely as needed. Good handles and length of cable.

It’s ok if you have a lot of people around

Great product set it up in my shed used for my birthday gathering in the garden we had hot water for Tea and Coffee all afternoon and evening so much better for events than a kettle very pleased.
