So far so good for the refurb
Wasn’t sure about a refurb. So far so good. It’s in new condition physically and functionally. I own a larger Keurig with more features. I bought this one as a compact travel companion. It meets that requirement just fine. Brew speed just a bit slower the the larger unit. Purchase and delivery were smooth.

Great little coffee maker
Love this thing, it’s perfect for a small area or camper. Works just like a big Keurig but just for one cup at a time. I purchased the refurbished model and it looked brand new and works perfect.

Single serve coffee maker
Using it even more than I thought I would! Very satisfied…small size fits perfectly in the space allowed! IT STOPPED WORKING TODAY! 9/27 what can I do????

Stopped Working After 3 Months.
Worked for three months and one week, then stopped. I tried to contact seller through outlined process, but it would not allow me to send it. I wish they offered a 0 Stars rating option.

Another try.
I bought this refurbished unit about 6 weeks ago. I thought it was worth the price compared to a new unit. Everything was working fine and I really liked the Kuerig Mini compared to the Cuisinart Soho Mini that I had. But the unit started having an issue where there was something not shutting off when the unit went to auto shut off. I requested a refund and Amazon had me return the unit. I Liked the Kuerig Mini so reordered another refurbished one to replace the one I returned. Will give it another try.

Best Coffee Machine
I ordered this for my friend for Christmas and she loves it! Her coffee is fairly big and it fills it to the top in which she loves! I’m ordering mine at payday but a different color 🥰
