One note to receive the software you send an email to the company with your order info and they mail back with a download link. Perhaps not the best solution, but the response was prompt and the software was usable. The device works as advertised and let us adjust FPLMN lists for testing SDR with multi-sim devices more effectively.

I bought this to read PLMN codes from my SIM cards. It works perfectly. Send the seller a request for software and they will send the link. The bad reviews are from people who don't have much knowledge about SIM cards. Again, this works perfectly and it's a good price.

They label that it is Windows / Linux compatible but they do not specify that thats only for the device. They do have LINUX drivers but you have to request them. It works perfectly fine for windows, however even if you have the LINUX drivers this will not run with WINE. You will have to spend the time and code your own software...

I am a little disappointed. OYEITIMES MCR3516 SIM Card Reader Writer Programmer software, just works with its cards. If you take out from your mobile your SIM Card and you try to read it then it will be no possible unless this one is a SIM Card without security settings activated. Works well in Windows 10. I won't make more comments about OYEITIMES MCR3516 SIM Card Reader Writer Programmer anymore, it isn't worth while. You will take too long to program your SIM Card and making it new again into a new SIM Card.

You can not copy any sim, it is a waist of money. DONOT BUY ITit does not what they say.

Livré avec le logiciel permettant de programmer soi-même ses cartes SIM. Ne donne pas accès aux cartes SIM commerciales comme annoncé dans la description du produit. J'ai pu créer un réseau 4G expérimental sans problème. Marche avec toute taille de SIM.

[software] Rel.15で追加された５G用の設定を読み書きできない。 別のSIM EDITORで該当箇所を書き込んだSIMを読み込んでも読みだせない。 SAVEしても該当箇所の設定が保存されていない。 例： DF(5GS),'5FC0' + EF(UAC_AIC),'4F06' [Card Reader] Windows10 標準のドライバ"Microsoft Usbccid Smartcard Reader(UMDF2, WUDF)"で認識するが付属ソフトウェアOyeiSIMWriteからSIMを読みだせない。 Ubuntu 20.10 の lsusb では ”SCM Microsystems, Inc, uTrust 2700 R Smart Card Reader"と認識していたので、ネットからuTrust 2700 Rのドライバをダウンロードして、デバイスマネージャーでドライバをWindows10標準から”uTrust 2700 R Smart Card Reader”へ手動で変更後、付属ソフトウェアOyeiSIMWriteからSIMを読み出せるようになった。付属の説明書にカードリーダのハードウェア情報とドライバのことを記載してほしい。

Hello everyone, I have received this product a while ago, but I still couldn't get the device to work because it never came with the software I had went on OYEITIMES website and they don't have anywhere to download the software with it as well. I have no idea how to get the software would be nice to have it, which I never heard received the software inside the product. For me it's kind of a waste of 80 bucks with no software to run the device.

It's not copying the old sim to the new sim
